Очень долго выбирали отель для отдыха в 2019 году. До этого отдыхали в пятерках,но цены на них нереальные,а качество оставляет желать лучшего,поэтому,когда туроператор озвучила нам цену на Пегасос Клаб 106 тысяч на троих,на 13 ночей с 30.09 по 12.10,мы даже не стали раздумывать.

Отель входит в комплекс отелей tt, Туроператор Туи

До отеля мы домчали без заездов в другие отели на микроавтобусе где-то за 2,5 часа. Была остановка "якобы сходить в туалет".

Территория у Клаба небольшая,но можно пользоваться территорией соседних пятёрок.

Отдыхали мы большой компанией-30 человек. Было очень весело,поэтому анимация нам была не нужна. Она к слову была никакая.

С нами было 10 детей,поэтому нас больше интересовала детская анимация,но из-за шумихи по поводу коксаки в мини-клуб ходили только мы. Мини-клуб в Клабе работал хорошо,дочке очень понравилась аниматор Ясмин.

Ходили один раз в тукан,нам там не понравилось. Очень грубые аниматоры,которые начали выяснять отношения и орать друг на друга прямо при детях. А аниматор-молодой человек вообще чуть ли не посылал детей,упрашивающих его с ними поиграть. Мини диско в резорте от тукана детям тоже не понравилось.,поэтому мы ходили на мини диско в Клаб,за это я ставлю детской анимации 5 баллов.

Само расположение Клаба тоже очень удачное. Отель компактный и находится ну очень близко к морю. Это просто восторг. У нас был номер Large see side вью. Вид изумительный!

За это отелю я ставлю 5.

Пляж грязноват,но,если не обращать на это внимание и наслаждаться морем,то он тоже получает твердую 5. Песочные мелкий,а море,к моему удивлению,чистейшее. Обычно от песка оно мутное и противное,но тут было просто кристальным! Меня,любителя гальки,покорил этот песок)

Питание как во всех 4 ках,однообразное.Даже не хочу его обсуждать,т.к.надоело думать желудком. Нужно меньше есть! Надоели лишние кг,привезенные с моря. Алкоголь тоже никакой,как и в большинстве отелей.Мы брали в дьютике.

Уборка в номерах ужасная. На нашем этаже убирался молодой человек. На просьбы не приходить в обед,т.к. у нас спит ребенок он не реагировал. Заявка на ресепшен тоже не помогла. Он упорно стучался в момент сна ребенка. Когда один раз убрался с утра я поняла,что мы ничего не потеряли. Пол не мыт. Вынес мусор и поменял полотенца,вот и вся уборка.

Но,не смотря на все эти мелкие минусы,отель отличный. По такой цене я бы сюда вернулась.

А теперь про коксаки. Перед выездом группа отеля ВКонтакте просто кипела от обсуждений. Писали о том,что в отеле эпидемия. Я отношусь к этим комментариям скептически. Каждый год такая котовасия,вне зависимости от отеля. Вирус есть везде. И заболеет ребенок или нет зависит от имунитета. Из 10 детей нашей компании заболела одна девочка 1,5 лет. Остальные дети находились с ней постоянной контакте,пользовались одними игрушками. Никто больше не заболел. Да и малышка быстро поправилась. Поэтому не так страшен черт,как его малюют.

- как происходит заселение и выселение ( в какое время), реально ли продлить номер в день выселения и сколько это стоит?
- сколько стоит аренда сейфа в номере и каким образом происходит оплата (до или после отдыха)?
- есть ли мыльные принадлежности в номере и как часто их обновляют?
- куда именно пускают на территорию других отелей сети Pegasos?
- куда лучше ходить на анимацию?
- есть ли на пляжи бары где можно перекусить, либо нужно идти на территорию

Здравствуйте! Отдыхали с 14.07-23.07.2017 с 2 взрослых и ребенок 6 лет. Насчет заселения точно не могу сказать как происходит днем,мы приехали ночью ,нас заселили сразу ( но мы не видели чтоб кто то ждал),вылет у нас был 20.30, забирали из отеля 15.15,мы продливали номер до 15.00.Стоит 25 евро или 30 долларов. Сейфом мы не пользовались, но кажется 2$.В номере жидкое мыло. Территорией можно пользоваться всеми 3 отелями.куда хотите туда и ходите, кроме главных ресторанов. На анимации мы были в основном в клабе, один раз в реорте. Нашему больше нравилось в клабе (место было побольше). Один раз была дискотека на пляже совместная с резортом , затем фаер шоу и пенная дискотека. Н а горки ходили в роял, понравились. Мороженое брали у резорта .Перекусить на пляже не получится с 16.00 выпечка в холле отеля.в барах только кофе.чай,пиво вода и т.д

Мы приехали в отель где то в 11 часов , нам сказали что наш номер не готов и придется немного подождать и мы были уже в номере в 12 часов. А у кого номер был готов их сразу заселяли .Заселение в 14 часов а выселение в 12 часов, если хотите продлить то можно платно если номер после вас будет свободным .Из мыльных принадлежностей гель для душа/шампунь и жидкое мыло. Мы сейфом не пользовались из номера ничего не пропадало.
По всей территории отелей можно ходить ,гулять , плавать ,можно пользоваться барами на пляже и около бассейна, нельзя только кушать в главном ресторане других отелей. Мороженое бесплатное около Резорта и Рояля , только в Рояле выбор побольше
Мы на взрослую анимацию ходили в Рояль а так смотрите афишу в каком отеле что будет. Перекусить можно только в главном ресторане с 11.30 до 16 часов, раньше снэк бар был около бассейна в этом году перенесли в главный ресторан

3/ Есть ли в меню обычная овсяная каша на воде?
4/ Есть ли в номере халаты, тапочки? Шампунь, кондиционер для волос?
5/ Сколько стоит wi-fi в номере? Доступ ограничен на количество устройств?

Здравствуйте. 1. В номере есть чайный набор, холодильник пополняют водой каждый день, соки раз 3 дня, если спросить не откажут. 2. Табуретки и детские сиденья для унитаза не видели, если обратится на ресепшен думаю предоставят. Цены не знаю. 3. Каши есть на воде, но они залиты просто кипятком , не сварены. Если найдете микроволновку, подготовить можно. Нормалтных супов нет. 4. Халатов и тапочек нет. Мыло и гель в дозаторах. Отдельно косметики нет. Увы. 5. Интернет в номере на одно устройство вроде в районе 20$ на два 30$ за 7 дней. Могу ошибаться.

Отель входит в сеть ТТ Хотелс. Отель очень ухоженный, все боле-менее новое, исправное, придраться нbкчему. Номера современные, чистые, все в номере исправно. Территория очень ухоженная, хоть в длину не большая, но зато в ширину огого, аж на 3 отеля (как уже писали 3 отеля сети объединенные общей территорией и нфраструктурой). Много зелени разной.

Пляж почти идеален - однородный мелкий песок от самого начала и до дна моря. Вход в море очень равномерный, полностью песчаный и прогнозируемый. Что пляж что море ОЧЕНЬ чистые.

Питание - сравнительно с другими 5* отелями достаточно хорошее и разнобразное. Рыба и натуральное мясо (телятина, баранина + курица) есть всегда. Блюда вкусные, есть мороженное, десерты тож вкусные. Фрукты как везде. Напитки тож примерно как везде - местные водка, ракия, виски, бренди, джин, белое, розовое, красное вина, пиво, соки, колафантаспрайт, айран, а также разные коктейли по меню.

Анимация для детей на высоте днем Тукан клуб, горки, аттракционы, мороженное целый день, вечером мини диско + общая анимация.

1. Номера в основном там либо с видом на море либо с обратной стороны - на дорогу. Так вот расположение последних неочень - темноватые и маленькие балконы.

2. Поселок Инчекум - ну вообще ничего нет надо ехать 3-5 км в большой Авсалар там уже и много кафе магазинов базар и.д. Любой маршруткой в сторону Алании за 1-2 долара.

В общем, если вы поедете в этот отель то 100500% будете довольны отдыхом!

Размещаю очень много фото территории с комментариями. Попробую все по порядку:

Planet Pegasos - отели оператора TUI, поэтому ни у кого их больше не найдете, в отеле с 10 до 18 час всегда сидят представители TUI.

Трансфер из аэропорта: старенький автобус, идет прямо в направлении Алания, по времени от аэропорта занял около 2, 5 часов. Кстати, назад в аэропорт вез намного более современный комфортабельный автобус.

Заселение: прибыли в 12 час, заселили нас ровно в 14:10, сразу одели браслеты, так что всеми сервисами отеля можно было пользоваться по приезду.

Номер: у нас был оплачен стандарт Sea View, в номере 2х спальная кровать и раскладное кресло для ребенка. Небольшой балкон имеет прекрасный вид на море, но внизу располагаются рестораны, запахи из которых иногда раздражают.

Хочу заметить что здание отеля стоит на довольно узкой полосе между морем и автотрассой Анталия-Алания, так что номера с окнами на трассу (Garden View) думаю еще более шумные, я слышала как многие жаловались.

В номере есть бутыль питьевой воды, мини холодильник пустой. Сейф платный, Wifi платный, утюг, чайник платные. Телевидение: много английских, немецких, русских, украинских каналов. Конечно, ни тапочек ни халатов нет.

Территория: вот тут жаловаться не на что, территория огромная, на ней находятся сразу три отеля т.н. Pegasos Planet: Pegasos Royal, Pegasos Resort и Pegasos Club (карта территории есть на фото), а соответственно огромный широкий пляж, небольшой аквапарк с горками, в бассейнах отелей Роял и Резорт есть также и свои горки, поменьше, 3 амфитеатра в каждом отеле со своими вечерними представлениями на выбор. Длинная набережная зона, пирс, много баров.

Пляж песчаный, широкий и большой. Есть шезлонги под навесом, там тень целый день, их занимают с раннего утра; есть шезлонги под зонтиками. тут можно найти свободный шезлонг почти в любое время. На пляже есть переодевалки, души, пляжные бары с легкими напитками.

Рестораны: главных ресторана 2, но в сезон работают они как один, есть столы в помещениях. есть на террасах. Выбор блюд большой, на разный вкус, много зелени, закусок, мясо разное, рыба каждый день, из фруктов обязательно арбузы, дыни, была черешня, абрикосы, яблоки, виноград и многое другое. Мороженое простенькое предлагают на набережной а также в обед и вечером в ресторане.

Один раз взяли А-ля-карт ресторан Азиатский, не рекомендую, турецкую еду они готовят лучше :)

Анимация: взрослая дневная анимация идет все время: аэробика. йога, волейбол, дартс и многое другое. Вечером в каждом амфитеатре своя вечерняя программа, она конечно довольно местечковая, но все же разнообразие.

Детская анимация идет в двух клубах: Pirate Club - для детей англоязычных, поляков, арабов, в общем там аниматоры мультиязычные. Для русскоговорящих детей есть клуб Тукан. Программа в клубах расписана на неделю, повторяется. Немного не понравилось что до обеда дети сидят в помещении клуба почти безвылазно, что-то мастерят, рисуют, играют, но клуб находится в одном комплексе с аквапарком, там много людей, очень влажно и жарко. Каждый вечер детская дискотека по абсолютно одинаковому сценарию.

Сервис: оставляет желать лучшего, уборка состоит в перестилании кроватей и замене полотенец. Как то у нас странно совпало что в те дни когда мы оставляли купюру на кровати - у нас убирали, а когда не оставили - 2 дня уборки не было. Официанты и бармены разные - кто приветлив, кто не очень, в общем как обычно. Официанту оставили вечером на чай, на следующий день нас ждал отдельный сервированный стол, что приятно.

Гости отеля: 50% процентов гостей отеля составляют выходцы из бывшего СССР, со всеми вытекающими из этого последствиями, но приятно что большинство стараются быть нейтральными, уважительными. Очень много поляков, англичане, немцы, голландцы.
